🌿 Rooted Women Retreats
A weekend of grounding, connection, and renewal.
The Rooted Women retreat is an intimate gathering for women who crave space to pause, breathe, and reconnect to themselves and each other.
Set among aspens and open sky, these weekends blend guided breathwork, time in nature, nourishing meals, reflection circles, and creative expression. Together, we explore what it means to be rooted — in body, in purpose, in the cycles of nature — and how to carry that grounded energy home.

Work with us to create your own retreat experience.
Whether you’re celebrating a milestone, deepening your practice, or simply craving time away with close friends or family, we offer custom retreat experiences for small groups (2–6 people).
We’ll work together with you to design your stay — combining elements like private breathwork sessions, guided hikes, reflective practices, creative workshops and healthy, nourishing meals.
You’ll enjoy sleeping and relaxing in our two cabins + our cozy cottage and have full access to all the resources on our land as well.

🌬️ Breathwork & Seasonal Workshops
Where Nature Heals and Breath Restores.
Each season offers its own lessons — renewal in spring, expansion in summer, release in fall, and rest in winter.
Our Community Breathwork Circles and seasonal workshops are open to all, offering space to reflect, realign, and move with nature’s cycles rather than against them.
Breathwork brings you home to yourself. It quiets your busy mind, opens your heart, dissolves stress, releases stuck energy and emotion, calms your nervous system, and creates new space for connection within and without.
In each group or individual session, you’ll begin by claiming some intentions for your practice. You’ll then lie down and get comfy to begin a 50-minute breathwork journey, guided by a two-part pranayama breath, music and essential oils. The Space
All retreats are hosted on our five-acre mountain property near Nederland, Colorado — surrounded by aspen and pine forest, open fields, and sweeping mountain views.
Our guest cottage and two cabins offer both comfort and connection: cozy indoor areas for circle and integration, and outdoor gathering spots for breathwork, reflection, and evening fires under the stars.
